Contact Picker.

Email is the primary channel for bug reports, tool requests, classroom-workflow suggestions, and privacy questions.

Email

The fastest way to reach Picker is by email at hello@example.com. Most non-urgent threads are answered within two to three business days. The maintainer reads every message personally; there is no support inbox autoresponder.

Reporting a tool bug

Randomizers are sensitive to edge cases — an empty list, a single-item wheel, a range that spans negative and positive numbers, an unusual character in a name. If you found one, include the tool name (e.g. Wheel of Names or Random Number Generator), the inputs you used, the browser and version you were running, and the result you expected versus what the page returned. With those four items the issue can be reproduced and fixed on the next maintenance pass.

Classroom and stream workflows

Many feature requests come from teachers and creators who need a variant of an existing tool: weighted wheel segments, exclude-after-pick mode, groups-of-N pickers, a giveaway log for streamers, no-duplicate roll sequences for tabletop sessions. Describe the workflow you are running and the friction point — concrete context makes the difference between a request that sits in the backlog and one that ships.

Categories

Bug reports: wrong result, broken layout, browser-specific issue. Tool requests: a new randomizer or a variant of an existing one. Partnership and embedding: using a Picker tool in an LMS, stream overlay, or event page. Privacy and data: questions about analytics, advertising, or list handling.

What we will and will not do

We read every email. We will not add you to a mailing list, share your email with anyone, or send marketing. We will not run a private giveaway, audit a contest draw, or certify the randomness of a prize promotion — those use cases require a regulated random-draw service. We will fix a real randomizer bug quickly.
