Terms of Service
Last updated: May 5, 2026. By using Picker you agree to these terms.
What Picker is
Picker is a small collection of randomizer tools — wheel of names, random number generator, dice roller, coin flipper, decision maker, random word, and random letter — provided free of charge for classroom, stream, game night, and tie-breaker use. The tools run in your browser and return a single result per spin or roll. These terms describe what Picker is, what it is not, and the limited responsibilities the publisher accepts in providing the service.
Acceptable use
You may use Picker for any lawful purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to its systems, or scrape the pages at a rate that affects availability for other visitors. Embedding a screenshot of a wheel result in a livestream, classroom slide, or social post is encouraged. Do not use the Picker brand or visual style to suggest a sponsorship or endorsement that does not exist.
The randomness is not a contest authority
Picker is designed for low-stakes everyday picks. The randomizers are unbiased and reproducible enough for a classroom or stream giveaway, but Picker is not a regulated random-draw service. For prize promotions, sweepstakes, or contests where the law of your jurisdiction requires audited randomness, certified random- number generation, or notarized draw records, use a service that provides those guarantees. Do not rely on Picker for medical, financial, legal, security, or safety decisions.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranty of any kind. The publisher does not warrant that the randomizers will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a specific competitive context. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Advertising
Picker is supported by display advertising served through Google AdSense. Ad content is determined programmatically by Google and its partners; the publisher does not personally curate or endorse individual advertisers.
